The best thing to do is come in to our shop with your outfit, or a sample of the colour you are looking to match/compliment. You can ask for an appointment if you prefer.

Yes, we do have a changing area which you are welcome to use. Alternatively if your outfit has a jacket, for example, you may wish to bring this with you and slip it on whilst you try styles.
Yes, our door is wide enough for access by wheelchair, our threshold is almost level with the street and though the shop is not large there is room inside for turning and moving around.
We are happy to take orders by phone and by mail electronic or otherwise, but do not offer "online sales" currently. We can post virtually all of our items to UK addresses.
You are of course very welcome to call at our shop, the best way to see our very extensive range.
Hats and other items bought in store are not returnable unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return goods bought by phone or mail order you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid as long as you tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to cancel the order, and return the item to us within a further 14 days. Goods returned must be in their original, unused and undamaged condition with all tags attached. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We do not hire hats but with our huge range of styles and good prices you may well find that buying a hat is better value than hiring might be.
